In the event of an order being shipped to an incorrect address, the purchaser will be responsible for any return shipping fees. If a cancellation is necessary due to an incorrect address before shipment, a 10% charge may apply.
All our bottles are 750ml in size.

Kindly be informed that all sales are final. If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, we may issue a refund, though a 10% fee may apply.
For the safe delivery of your order, we strongly advise against choosing ground delivery. This is due to potential heat exposure in warm weather conditions and extreme cold during winter months. We cannot assume responsibility for any damage resulting from the selection of ground delivery. If you request us to hold your order until weather conditions are more suitable for shipping, we will make every effort to do so at no additional cost.
Alcoholic beverages with more than 70% alcohol content or 140 proof, including 95% grain alcohol, cannot be purchased for shipping. Alcoholic beverages with less than 24% alcohol content are exempt from hazardous materials regulations. We strictly do not ship any alcoholic beverages over 24% alcohol (48 Proof) by air.
Please be aware that prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We aim to ship your order within 3 business days once your payment is confirmed. During the holiday season, some orders may experience slightly longer processing times. If any item in your order is out of stock, we will promptly contact you to offer a refund or to inquire if you’d prefer to wait until we receive the product. If a product is out of stock at our store, it may take up to 5 business days for us to receive it from the distributor.
We take great care in packaging all our products in containers or boxes suitable for shipping. If any products are damaged during shipping, please email us a picture of the damaged product. We can issue a refund only when the damaged product is returned. Leaks are covered under our damage policy, and we guarantee that bottles will not leak. If your order experiences a significant leak, please contact us, and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue.
We assume responsibility for damage caused by adverse weather conditions.
